Την αγάπη τους από την μια μεριά για τον Elvis Presley, τον Johhnny Cash και από την άλλη για τους Μetallica και το Thrash metal την ένωσαν σ' ένα μείγμα Rock'N'Roll πανδαισίας, ανακατεμένο με πολύ heavy κιθάρες και με πυξίδα τα χαρακτηριστικά φωνητικά του Michael Poulseen, έχουν καταφέρει να κερδίσουν αρκετά χιλιάδες θαυμαστές!
Οι VOLBEAT ξεκίνησαν το 2001 με έναν καθαρά δικό τους ήχο και κατάφεραν να καθιερωθούν μέχρι και σήμερα στην μουσική βιομηχανία δημιουργώντας φοβερούς δίσκους με πολύ καλά τραγούδια σε συνάρτηση με τον ήχο που συνδυάζει την Country, το Rockabilly και το Metal, μπόρεσαν να σταθούν στα μεγαλύτερα φεστιβάλ με εκπληκτικές εμφανίσεις και να αναρριχηθούν στην κορυφή!
